Advanced Health Resources Management Hybrid Course November 2021

₦75000The Course is designed to equip participants with knowledge and skills to manage the complex, unstructured challenges of management in a changing healthcare environment with confidence through the following objectives:
1. Acquire knowledge and skills to deal with the integration of healthcare delivery systems, technological innovations, complex regulatory environment, and increased focus on preventive care.
2. Develop skills for managing the challenges of an effective and efficient Healthcare facility in today’s world
3. Critically appraise the impact of bureaucratic structures, healthcare system, rules, regulations, policies, and measurements on the Nigeria Healthcare Industry.
4. Acquire the necessary skills required for management of health resources in organizations and healthcare programme in a changing environment.
5. Appraise the various leadership skills needed for the day-to- day management of healthcare organization and healthcare programme;
6. Design skills for mapping community health profile and policy, running and improving healthcare services (PHC units, Hospital, clinic etc.);
7. Analyze skills required for new health services, protocols, and policies for running a health programme or a project.
