Requirements:
- One hundred and fifty thousand naira (₦150,000:00k) exemption fee (to be paid only through the Exam Portal)
- Basic Medical or Dental Degree Certificate
- NYSC Discharge or Exemption Certificate
- Equivalent Result (not more than 5 years)
- Certificate of Full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria
- Current Annual Practising Licence/Receipt
- Course Content Curriculum for foreign Certificate (Where applicable)
- Evidence of change of name (If any)
NOTE
Approval for Exemption must be at least 3 months before the close of application for Part 1. This is in addition to a minimum of 24 months of postings as reflected in the Certificate of Training.
