Click here to continue to the portal section where you can do your registration online and make payment through Interswitch.Please note that after doing the registration online, you will need to print out the filled form, some extra forms in which your supervisor will have to sign and a copy of your interswith payment notification then you send them to the college.

ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT


An Annual Progress Report on Registered Residents/Associate Fellows of the College is now a MANDATORY requirement for Training.

This form should be downloaded from College website, completed and forwarded to the College Registrar on or before January 31st of each year for a report on the preceding year.

Reports on 2011 for all Residents/Associate Fellows should be forwarded by the Training Institutions on or before 31st January, 2012.

A minimum of two reports on two consecutive years will be a prerequisite for all parts 1 and 11 Examinations as from January, 2013.

Thus all Registered/Associate Fellows MUST ensure submission of their first annual progress report on or before 31st January, 2012.

Please note that completion and submission of this form is an annual event irrespective of whether an Examination will be taken or not.
